Faurecia S.E., a company of the FORVIA group, announces that it has successfully priced today the New Notes, sustainability-linked 7.25% senior notes due 2026 (the “New Notes”) following a private placement arranged by BNP Paribas. Faurecia priced the New Notes at 101.75% of par, or a yield of 6.65%.

- FORVIA, the 7th global automotive supplier, will reveal several world premieres at CES 2023 from January 5-8 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
-This marks the first CES with FORVIA presenting its combined portfolio of Faurecia and HELLA technologies addressing megatrends in electrification, automated driving, and personalized cockpits.
- FORVIA will showcase a series of groundbreaking technology and interactive experiences, demonstrating the Group’s leadership in sustainable materials, energy and weight saving, upgradability, recyclability, and circular economy design.
• The world's first Solid State Lighting High-Definition headlamp (SSL | HD) is a CES 2023 Innovation Award recipient.

• The world's first high-resolution headlamp based on matrix LED technology
• Implementation of new, safety-relevant lighting functions by means of intelligent control of up to 25,000 LEDs per chip
• Light module achieves up to 75% reduction of installation space

• MATERI’ACT will propose materials with up to 85% CO2 reduction versus current materials.
• The new entity brings more than 10 years of expertise in formulating and processing recycled and bio-sourced materials, including experience in variability management.
• Feedstocks secured with key partnerships (e.g Veolia for recycled plastics).
• Over €2bn sales in 2030.

Profitable growth, cash generation & deleveraging

• The company is expanding renewable electricity portfolio to reach net-zero CO2 emissions by 2045
• This new PPA will generate the equivalent of 210 GWh of renewable electricity per year
• Advised from Schneider Electric, FORVIA contracted with Octopus Renewables and Mirova to carry out this project.

SALES GROWTH OF 92% IN THE QUARTER, MAINLY DRIVEN BY:
- Strong year-on-year growth in worldwide automotive production, from a favorable comparable base in Q3 2021
- Outperformance of +140bps or +490bps restated for unfavorable geographic mix of -350bps, leading to organic growth (constant scope and currencies) of +31%
- Scope effect of 54% or €1.8bn from the consolidation of HELLA (as from Feb. 1)

• Faurecia, a company of the Group FORVIA, has been awarded by HYVIA, a joint venture between Renault Group and Plug.
• Faurecia will supply next generation hydrogen storage systems for the mass production of its Renault Master H2-TECH, made in France.
• The hydrogen storage systems will be produced in Faurecia’s plant located in Allenjoie, France, which has a capacity of over 100k tanks per year.
• The reveal will take place at the Mondial de l’Auto, Paris. This will be HYVIA’s first large series production.

• The zero emissions mobility activities of Faurecia, a FORVIA Group company, are selected as being of common European interest.
• Faurecia and Symbio are among the 10 projects supported by the French government in IPCEI (Important Project of Common European Interest). €2.1 billion are provided to support those 10 projects to accelerate the hydrogen industry in France.
• €213 million are allocated to the Faurecia’s Historhy Next project. It will enable the development of new generation of hydrogen tanks, both gaseous and liquid.
• Faurecia’s plant in Allenjoie (France) will produce over 100.000 tanks per year, start of production will be in 2024.
